Questions

Asked and answered.

The short version: it is your photographs, set in motion, and we never pretend otherwise.

Is it honest?

Is this real drone footage?

No, and we say so on every video we deliver. It's your own photographs animated into camera moves — the camera moves, the property doesn't change. If a drone can get the shot you need, get the drone; it's a different and better tool for a wide exterior on a clear day. It can't get inside your rooms, can't shoot a house that's occupied this week, and can't be on site tomorrow morning for under $200.

Will it actually look like my property?

That is the whole constraint the pipeline is built around: a shot may only reveal what its source photograph already showed. A camera that drifts past the edge of the frame would be inventing a roofline or a neighbour, so it stops. Before anything ships, every frame is checked back against the photo it came from — geometry, edges, textures, light. A shot that drifts gets rebuilt.

What is Groundtruth?

Our review step, and the reason the videos hold up next to the photos. Each frame is compared against its source: does the geometry match, did anything enter the frame that was never in the photo, did the light stay consistent. It runs on every project, and the record for each piece of work on this site is one press away — open any vertical cut and you can read which photo became which move.

Can I say this is my property in an ad?

Yes — it is your property, photographed by you. What you should not call it is drone footage, and we label every delivery so nobody in your team does by accident. Because it is marketing content rather than listing media, it never enters a booking platform’s listing record, which is the one place synthetic imagery genuinely causes trouble.

Is it easy?

What do you need from me?

Photos you already have — your listing, your website, your camera roll. Nothing gets scheduled and nobody visits.

How many photos?

One is enough to start; each usable photo becomes about five seconds of motion, so six good ones make a full thirty-second piece. Wide shots carry the most movement, so a room photographed from a corner beats a close-up of the counter. We tell you which of yours carry a shot before anything is made.

What do I actually receive?

One master up to thirty seconds, plus the cuts you need to use it: a 16:9 widescreen version, a 9:16 vertical for Reels, TikTok and Stories, a fifteen-second cut sized for paid ads, and a music-free version for your own audio.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere video plays — Instagram, TikTok, your direct-booking site, paid ads, email, in-store screens, post-booking guest messages. Worth knowing: Airbnb does not accept video on listings at all, which is exactly why the vertical cut is the main deliverable rather than the afterthought.

Can I put my own brand on it?

Yes, and at no extra charge. Every project is delivered clean and unbranded, so agencies, photographers and management companies can put their own name on the work. There is no Glidescape watermark to pay to remove.
